My suggestions if you go::

Phnom Penh:

Sleep at Bright Lotus guest house for $14 they have clean rooms and a great location.

Eat at The Foreign Correspondent's Club, or have 2 for 1 happy hour Angkor Draft beers ($1 for two beers and a pate of roasted peanuts) at Happy Phnom Penh Pizza, the food is good and inexpensive, and it's riverside sidewalk location can't be beat.

Internet Sunny Internet Cafe, near FCC. You can hook up your laptop if you want.

Rent a motorbike $3 per day or use Mr Saray the Tuk Tuk driver who hangs out in front of Bright Lotus Guest house, he's a real honest gentleman and he'll take you anywhere you want to go. I use Mr. Saray for trips to the airport.

Battambang:

Sleep at Phnom Keah ? Guesthouse

Eat cheap at the White Rose Restaurant or for a bit more money try Asian Beer Garden across the river.

Internet: I use KCT Internet, run by Mrs. Chhorvy, she's really sweet and helpful.

Siem Reap

Sleep: Stay cheap at the Sun Sengky Guesthouse for about $15, or the Peace of Angkor Villa for about $20 (Dave Perks, the owner is a photographer, he and his wife Coleen are very helpful) or if you have more money, try the Pavillion Indochine for about $45, which has beautiful grounds with a pool and great location near the entrance to Angkor wat.

Eat: The Blue Pumpkin, Dead Fish Tower

Internet: Bring your own laptop for free Wireless at the Blue Pumpkin you can also eat here, good bakery, dessert and light meals
