Under Dr KC's direction, Seva hopes to provide more underprivileged populations with primary eye care services. Through treatment programs and the training of health center staff and village health volunteers in basic eye care, Seva has been effective in helping Cambodians in remote northern villages. Evidence of this success can be seen in the smiles of people whose sight has been restored.
